Enchanted Hollow StablesHighlights from the 2008 show season:

AMHR Nationals (Tulsa, OK, Sept. 4-13):
Ten National Championships. Ten Reserve National Titles. Forty Eight
Top Fives. Eighty two Top Tens. It was a fun and productive show for
Enchanted Hollow Miniatures and the Sansevere family. Classique's Phantom Gold
(above photo) and Mary Sansevere, in particular, had a wonderful show.
Mary guided Phantom to four of his six National championships and was
the winner of the Amateur High-Point Performance award. Besides winning
with Phantom in Open Park Harness, Amateur Park Harness, Amateur
Roadster and Open Liberty, Mary also claimed four Reserve National
titles. She and Mini Bucks Little Sabrina won Reserve
Nationals titles in Amateur Hunter and Amateur Ladies Pleasure Driving
Under. Mary also was the Reserve National champion with D&S Double Dutch Chocolate in
Amateur Roadster. Phantom's other two National titles came in Amateur
Jumper and Adult Jumper; Bob was the handler both times. Phantom and
Bob have won three National Jumper titles since 2006 and, since 2005,
Bob has collected nine AMHR National and Reserve National titles in
Jumper and Hunter classes. Phanto
m's
three top five finishes in Youth, Amateur and Open Versatility classes
helped him become the first AMHR Miniature horse ever to achieve nine Hall of Fames. Phantom
needed 15 Hall of Fame points in Versatility and came away with 16
points to achieve HOF status in his ninth class. Meantime, Sabrina, D&S Excuse My
French, Quail Creek's Rumorhasit (photo left, winning Youth Jumper with Samantha) and Mini Bucks Pure Nitro also won National titles for Enchanted Hollow. Whispering Hill Farm Magician picked
up Reserve National titles in Youth Roadster and Amateur Jumper Over.
And, in his first return to AMHR Nationals since he won five National
titles in 2003, Brewers Replica Royale (photo right, with Sawyer in Youth Country Pleasure) had eight top 10 finishes in
Jumper, Driving and Versatility classes. Sawyer Sansevere was the
Reserve High-Point boy in the 8-12 division after winning a National
title in Country Pleasure Driving Over with Frenchy (photo left,
winning with Sawyer) and claiming Reserve National titles with Magic in
Youth Roadster and with Phantom in Fancy Turnout. Every member of the
Sansevere family to compete at AMHR Nationals -- Mary, Bob, Samantha,
Sawyer and Spencer -- won at least one National championship. For the
second year in a row, Samantha won Youth Jumper Over in the 8-12
division with Rumor and Spencer defended his titles in Youth Pleasure
Driving Over and Under in the 7-Under division.
Shetland Congress (Cloverdale, IN, July 30-August 2): D&S Double Dutch Chocolate, in
his first-ever competition as a Pony after years of excelling in the
Miniature Horse world, was the High-Point Pony with 277 points at the
prestigious event. Competing in the Foundation and Classic divisions,
Dutch took the top spot over nearly 500 other Foundation, Classic,
Modern and ASPR Ponies. Dutch claimed three National championships,
three Reserve National
titles,
13 top fives and 14 top 10s. Dutch won National titles in Classic Open
Jumper, Classic Amateur Hunter and Classic Foundation Youth Country
Pleasure. Dutch also took Reserve National honors in Classic Amateur
Jumper, Foundation Youth Halter and Classic Solid Color. Samantha
Sanseveres, 13, won Classic Youth Country Pleasure Driving while
10-year-old Sawyer Sansevere guided Dutch to Reserve National titles in
Foundation Youth Hunter and Classic Solid color. Samantha’s and
Sawyer’s dad, Bob, won Classic Open Jumper, Classic Amateur Hunter and
was Reserve National champion in Classic Amateur Jumper. Since 2006,
Dutch has won a total of 13 National championships and seven Reserve
National titles at AMHR Nationals and Shetland Congress. Meantime, BHR JC's Primetime,
in just his first season of showing, won the Reserve National Grand
Championship in Classic Pleasure Driving for 42-Under Ponies. ... While
he didn't win a National or Reserve National title, D&S Excuse My
French excelled in Roadster classes against much bigger,
higher-stepping Ponies. Frenchy passed several of the high-steppers in
the class.
