Big Bale Buddy
We tried it. We loved it. So, we decided to become authorized dealers for Big Bale Buddy and help others who are tired of wasted hay strewn across the pasture from a round bale their horses tore apart.
Big Bale Buddy is a wonderful and less expensive alternative to a round bale feeder, and there is much less hay waste than from round bale feeders and other products designed to hold round bales.
There is plenty of information about the Big Bale Buddy on the official website at www.bigbalebuddy.com but to capsulize it for you, it's a big tough, durable, safe and efficient polypropolene bag that holds your round bales. As your horses eat the hay the bag slowly collapses. Very little waste. Very big savings.

As the official website describes it, the Slow Bale Buddy is "a large bag made from soft, strong, woven knotless nylon
netting with 1 1/2 inch openings. It is soft on the horses’ lips while being strong enough to withstand the constant onslaught of their teeth. Nylon is naturally resistant to UV rays as well as being extremely strong and resistant to abrasion, mildew, rot and staining. The safety fastener is made out of extremely strong HPE plastic and will not break if stepped on."
