National and World Champion Miniature Horses and Ponies
Five Kids, And Their Mom And Dad ... It's A Family Affair

"Our goal, from the beginning, was to have Miniature horses and Ponies that could compete at the national level in Youth, Amateur and Open classes. We've been able to do that. Since our first AMHR Nationals in 2005, we have won 55 National championships and had 57 Reserve National titles, 263 top fives and 421 top tens in classes ranging from Youth to Amateur to Open. And at Shetland Congress, we won national championships in Youth, Amateur and Open classes in 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011, and had the overall High-Point Pony in 2008 and 2010."

Just 20 minutes west of downtown Minneapolis, Enchanted Hollow is located on 10 rolling acres in the picturesque, lakeside community of Orono, MN. Just 15 minutes west of there is Enchanted Hollow Stables, where we offer a full-service boarding, riding and driving facility on 73 scenic acres.

Both locations are used to train and board our National champion miniature horses and ponies that show on the American Miniature Horse Registry (AMHR) and American Shetland Pony Club (ASPC) circuits. We specialize in performance classes.

Enchanted Hollow King Zebulon epitomizes the versatility of Enchanted Hollow minis and ponies, winning a total of 30 National Championships and 23 Reserve National Titles in Youth, Amateur and Open classes at the 2010 and 2011 Shetland Congress and AMHR Nationals. At the 2011 AMHR Nationals, he won nine National Championships and five Reserve National titles. Among his post-season honors, Zeb was named the AMHR Division B Performance Horse of the Year for 2010. Also in 2010, he also earned Hall of Fame status in both AMHR Pleasure Driving and Roadster, claimed nine All-Star National Championships and 12 All-Star Reserve National titles, and he won the Super Gelding Award in the AMHR B Performance Division.

Enchanted Hollow collected 13 National championships, including two National Grand Champions in Stakes classes, at the 2010 Shetland Congress in Ardmore, OK, and added eight national titles in 2011 in Des Moines. Enchanted Hollow King Zebulon, a.k.a. Larch Acres Zebulon when competing as a Classic Shetland, had what is believed to be a record-setting Shetland Congress performance with 10 National championships in driving classes in 2010. Zeb won Pleasure Driving Stakes classes in both Classic Shetland and ASPR competition, and also had seven Reserve National titles. He displayed his versatility with National or Reserve National titles in Pleasure Driving, Roadster, Hunter, Jumper, Halter Obstacle and Leadline classes. He added six national titles at the 2011 Shetland Congress. D&S Double Dutch Chocolate also was a multiple winner at the 2010 Shetland Congress with wins in Open Hunter and Amateur Jumper. Bandito's Beauty Queen, in her Shetland Congress debut, claimed a National title in a Halter class.

At the 2010 AMHR Nationals, Zeb collected five National championships and seven Reserve National titles in Pleasure Driving and Roadster classes. He led a contingent of a dozen Enchanted Hollow horses that swept to eight National championships, 16 Reserve National titles, 50 Top Fives and 71 Top Tens. Classique's Phantom Gold, Whispering Hill Farm Magician and Festervan's Bodaous also won National championships.

Enchanted Hollow also had six Miniature horses win eight National championships and six Reserve National titles at the 2009 AMHR Nationals, and continued its success in Jumper by winning every Open Jumper class offered at AMHR Nationals and Shetland Congress. Led by Classique's Phantom Gold's six National championships, Enchanted Hollow also had an outstanding showing at the 2008 AMHR Nationals with five minis winning national titles. The first miniature horse ever to attain AMHR Hall of Fame status in nine classes, Phantom won 2008 national titles in Open Park Harness, Amateur Park Harness, Open Liberty, Open Jumper, Amateur Jumper and Amateur Roadster.

At the 2009 Shetland Congress, Enchanted Hollow captured six National championships, including a unanimous National Grand title in Classic Roadster Over Stakes with Emerald Glenn Noah, who was on loan from Jackie and Stuff Tyler. Enchanted Hollow-owned ponies, led by D&S Double Dutch Chocolate's National championships in Classic Amateur Roadster, Adult Jumper and Open Hunter, collected four National titles and eight Reserve National ribbons. In a 2008 Shetland Congress debut that involved just three double-registered horses (AMHR and ASPC), Enchanted Hollow came away with three National championships, three Reserve National titles and one Reserve National Grand championship. At that Shetland Congress, which bridged late July and early August, D&S Double Dutch Chocolate was the overall High-Point Pony of the nearly 500 that were exhibited in Foundation, Classic, Modern and ASPR classes. Meantime, six Enchanted Hollow miniature horses won 2007 AMHR National championships in Tulsa, OK, in September. And the Sansevere family, which owns Enchanted Hollow, came away with nine national championships, four reserve national titles, 40 top fives and 65 top 10s in just its third year of competing at the national event.

Enchanted Hollow boasts several of the finest all-around Miniature performance horses in the world, with 40 AMHR national championships and 45 reserve national titles in performance classes since 2005. Including Shetland Congress, it's 62 National championships and 66 Reserve National titles. Classique's Phantom Gold has been one of the most accomplished of Enchanted Hollow's Miniatures. Since 2005, Phantom has won 11 AMHR National championships and 17 Reserve National titles and, in 2007, he became the first Miniature horse in either the Under or Over Division to make it into the AMHR Hall of Fame in eight classes. Phantom's 421 Hall of Fame points in 2009 led the nation, as did his 494 Hall of Fame points in 2007. Meantime, five Enchanted Hollow horses ranked in the top 11 for overall HOF points in '07. Whispering Hill Farm Magician has won eight AMHR national championships and eight Reserve National titles since 2005 and is in the Hall of Fame in Hunter, Jumper and Roadster.

Enchanted Hollow horses have excelled in jumping classes, with five horses capturing 14 National Jumper/Hunter championships and 12 Reserve National jump-related titles at the 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 AMHR Nationals. In photo at right, Sawyer is shown winning Youth Roadster at the 2010 Shetland Congress, and in photo below left Sawyer is shown after winning first and second place in Youth Jumper at the 2010 AMHR Nationals.) In 2009, Festervans Bodaous won national titles in Adult Jumper Under and Youth Jumper Under, while Quail Creek's Rumorhasit won the '09 national title in Open Jumper Over. Bodie won Youth Jumper again in 2010 at AMHR Nationals. D&S Double Dutch Chocolate won Classic Open Jumper at Shetland Congress, giving Enchanted Hollow a sweep of all Open Jumper classes offered to AMHR and ASPC horses in 2009. By also winning Classic Amateur Jumper at Shetland Congress with D&S Excuse My French, Enchanted Hollow won four of the six Jumper classes offered to adults in 2009. Between AMHR Nationals and Shetland Congress, seven Enchanted Hollow horses have won national championships in Jumper and Hunter classes since 2005 -- an unprecedented feat. Also since 2005, Enchanted Hollow has won 24 National championships and 23 Reserve National titles in Hunter and Jumper classes at AMHR Nationals and Shetland Congress. Enchanted Hollow also won two world championships at the 2005 World Pinto Championships.

After winning national titles in Amateur Hunter Under and Amateur Hunter Over at the 2005 AMHR Nationals, three different Enchanted Hollow horses won 2006 AMHR championships in Amateur Jumper Over, Open Jumper Under and Open Hunter Over.

And then, in 2007, six horses accounted for national titles in Open Roadster Over, Amateur Park Harness Under and Over, Youth Pleasure Driving Under and Over, Youth Country Pleasure Driving Over, Roadster Over, Youth Jumper and Youth Hunter.

Along with Zeb and Phantom, Whispering Hill Farm Magician epitomizes the versatility of Enchanted Hollow horses. Magic won 2009 AMHR National titles in Youth Roadster and Youth Park Harness. In 2007, he won AMHR Nationals championships in Youth Hunter Over (12-Under), Amateur Park Harness Over, and Open Roadster Over. Magic also had reserve national titles in Open Park Harness Over and Park Harness Stakes, and had third-place finishes in Youth Roadster (12-Under) and Open Jumper Over. Magic has a remarkable story. In 2006, when he was just learning to drive, he froze halfway through the gate in Des Moines in the Amateur Roadster class and had to be led out of the ring. A year later, he won Open Roadster at AMHR Nationals.

Versatile minis at Enchanted Hollow include Whispering Hill Farm Magician, Classique's Phantom Gold, Enchanted Hollow King Zebulon, D&S Double Dutch Chocolate, D&S Excuse My French, Mini Bucks Little Sabrina, Mini Bucks Pure Nitro, Quail Creek's Rumorhasit, Festervans Bodaous and Wall Street Rock E the Rock.
